No 'welfare beast' for me. I 'made my nut'. You?
That said, I don't really want to see Appalachia and the hard core poverty stricken in large swaths of Red State America cut off from federal help.
I also don't want spending offsets for FEMA help for the same folks living in hurricane and tornado alley.

Bill & Hillary Clinton said the same thing about pore Appalachia people as Bill signed NAFTA into effect
