the pps has dropped to .0025 bid and .004 ask...I

the pps has dropped to .0025 bid and .004 ask...I almost sold out of lppi but could not get filled at .0025 so I canceled the order...strange things going on...wonder if a settlement has been reached. yet ovc still has I panels on their website...any info you have? I decided to check this lppi page again on ihangout...
