None of which can be made based upon knowledge of contents of the emails. Note the first clause in the last paragraph of Comey's letter, as well as the reference "in connection to an unrelated case".
Look for a follow-up, clarifying statement from Comey as he begins to grasp the magnitude of the shit storm he has generated because, unlike Comey, most of us have not attended law school, and too many do not give a shit about due process.
