Its not a zip code issue but a good attorney can hammer the point this was incompetence and no malice was intended. Apearing on the grey market is not a foregone conclusion until it happens. A miracle could happen or HJOE could deregister with the intent of getting back on board with filings later on. If HJOE management was about killing the stock they would have at least enriched themselves first.
