From the emails I received from both Jerry and Michael. Deal is not dead, they cant say anything more. These deals take a substantial amount of time to iron out all the legal details. I personally would keep that close to the hip also with shareholder meeting coming up. Be a great way to introduce Ms. Li.
To clarify: The LOI was to buy Jerrys preferred shares not the CEO, Michael Welchs shares. Jerry would retain his regular shares.
