BSTO has taken over US operaations of Green Flooring specialist Duro-Design. New filings, company all cleaned up, seroius managers with good corporate track records. If you go check Duro-Design, its a profitable business, sales of up to 6M a year, selling to retail , office and architects. Based on these numbers, I expect BSTO to make over 700K in its forst quarter as a seller of Green materials-from april to june is that 1st quarter.
Green materiaals, the LEED kind, will have huge gains in the coming years as state by state california style regulations start being implemented. Hardly any company is there and BSTO if well mananged is positionned to be in the sweet spot with its direct to consumer factory outlets in high traffic areas. Just read their stuff, its great and that s half the equation. We now need to see if they can execute and we will know when results are posted.
Lets watch and see how it goes, but I like Green.
