this is exactly my point Smart....A/S has everything to do with the pps....to many pink sheet companies take advantage of "bloated pigs" and this scares off investors...This is why I feel the a/s should be shrunk, granted the company can always with more but then that scares off more investors and makes the struggle harder for them to legitimize. With a smaller a/s it sometimes make the company "think", is this really what we want to do. Once they become a "big boy", "big board" company then it becomes easier for them to authorize more and they have plenty more eyes watching and have become stable and sustainable....This is why I have said MANY TIMES, show us revenues, build our trust in the company. True investors have no problem putting their money to work if you show that it is working for them.
