The a/s absolutely effects the pps, maybe not dire

The a/s absolutely effects the pps, maybe not directly, but if it didn't why are they authorizing 4.5/5.0 BILLION....thought process being, if shares are available to use as payment to/for services why should we come out of pocket...let's put it on the SH's shoulders!!!
