If you are asking about the news 2nd cohort has started, if mgt didn't give out the info to anyone how can it be insider trading?  There is a public phone # to the clinical lab trial site so anybody can call it and if they tell everyone the same news I don't see how it constitutes any breach; of course, I am not a lawyer and common sense doesn't seem to have much input re: the law IMO
