Shareholders when you read his posts you understand quickly this guy doesn’t like IR, and that is his right. However, if you have read other post from this person, he tells you to do your own due diligence. Well taking that advice, it was very interesting to find out this person isn’t an experienced trader at all.
I went back and looked at the 2014 TPAC report, now I must say this, IR nor none of the business units were involved with TPAC. The stock has tanked from 2014/.05 to 2016/.0072, (get the point) the actual revenue come in at 109 k dollars 2007/2014 - 7 years and this person blames IR, not only that, if you look at the OS growth right on the Q and K you see preferred shares were used to maintain the operations. Again he blames IR not bill McKay the only person that can issue preferred shares that has a 6 month time hold. Again let’s keep that in mind. Also IR and no other business unit was there, Just Bill and his board.
He references Bill McKay as providing clear and precise information, I didn’t find a Boeing contract or AVIC contract yet the stock rose from .0002 to .0072, No contract, no cash on hand 21 million dollars of debt and Preferred shares in the 1000 and again he blames this on IR. Guess what, they weren’t even there.
Matter of fact even before 2009, check for yourself, the company has lost so much money and acquired so much debt. I can’t see any one holding this stock other than points of movement.
To have this person bring his hate and nonsense to this forum is making this board look bad. He says he talks with Bill but he doesn’t know how IR gets compensated. He can talk with Bill but he doesn’t know why Bill hasn’t done a PR for the 135-million-dollar contract, again he talks to Bill. TPACs financial condition has worsen year over year and he blames IR (a group that doesn’t make one business decision).
But in the end he is the smart guy with 20 + years and he’s talking about a small 56 million share investment in a stock that hasn’t had a true gain since 2006 -- straight declines.
What does IR say… don’t take my word for it, go look for yourselves.
Yes, I am a day/swing/buy hold trader based on the stock movement. Whether TPAC or a TPAC MRVB CS1 premarket selection, which is kicking butt, by the way, and raising my account value.
He thinks the forum is a place for him to demonstrate his writing skills and his lack of investing. He has created outright lies. IR has told all of us, they do not do PR’s as that isn’t their job function. That’s all CEO Bill McKay. They don’t negotiate contracts or do any type of direct marketing for the company. That is also a Bill McKay’s function. IR reports what has been said from Bill the FR and the business unit.
What was real funny, he even made a gesture about IR ID’s. Wow almost every investor has an alias ID. I do and most of you do too - even this guy. What is it? Small fry…. This is how petty this poster is.
So attacking them because they kicked his butt off tpac muse and bringing that to this forum. We should do the same. If you are so upset here is an IR statement "Sell your shares and move on. " They will be happy to reclaim them. I am sure they have already told you small fry….
