So if the process is so hard to run that a processor can't be put into useful service after seven and a half years of trying...and it's so hard to describe what's actually novel about the process that the patent office keeps rejecting the patent....
The thing about patents is that actually getting a patent doesn't guarantee the patent will be profitable or even useful...but if the patent office can't find anything actually novel about the process, it probably means the patent is not really disruptive.
Wait...does this mean that the patent office will be thrown onto the list of evil forces trying to keep PTOI down??
