I go back and forth on this one Bytor. On the one hand, we haven't heard from him in months, but he did update the Q2 filing after being on greys so it seems the filings are important to him even down here. On the other, he doesn't technically have to file which may be convenient to wait if they are mid-audit or looking for uplist.
Over all, I would say the odds lean in favor of filing because A. Filings were made to give transparency to s/h and are important in keeping s/h happy and interested. B. We are trying to come back from the grey and show the SEC and FINRA, et al that we are legitimate and serious and it would be extremely counter productive imo to not release Q3.
Many believe the 3 months of silence are due to the rule for uplist, but I think it is more likely that his lawyers have just requested his silence until all the problems are fixed. As we saw GTGP and MIKP presidents shoot themselves in the foot with their PRs.
