I see a few things regarding a possible rs from the tweets.
1.) There are still no plans at this time to rs.
2.) The different path to .01 that Bill is choosing is using the MRVB to buyback shares raising the pps rather than an rs. This, obviously, will not take us all the way to .01. Not even close. But this coupled with any EIA contracts or SLA's that can be fulfilled and that TPAC can count as revenue in 2016 will get us a little closer to $0.01. It could also be that these events coupled with one or two official NewsWire PR's about signed contracts for 2017-2019 could do the trick.
3.) It could also be that $0.01 would be taken off the table for 2016 and become an estimate for end of Q1 2017.
