Huddling with the legal team today seems like this may not have been part of the "Grand Plan" which even scares me more if this was a blindside. I thought HJOE was working with the SEC already, your lawyers were or somebody was. Your a public company not filing, and you didn't know this was going to happen??!! I figured when your running the Marathon you did a route recon, if this truly was a blindside then there really isn't much left to say. Huddling should have been done weekly, shit filed to prevent this, it was preventable from what little research I did.
