Lofttee, I agree. A penny stock cutting its share structure dramatically is almost unheard of, and the reason given for such a cut is that the company they are working on a joint venture with to log reserviors in Brazil requested that they do this. This suggests an extremely close relationship. Add to this the fact that HIMR is moving to North Cal's facility, and one must speculate that a merger is in the making.
In my opinion, HIMR could soar if we hear a subsidiary is formed in Brazil, and HIMR is then granted the harvesting contract. Once the contract is in hand, I would then look for North Cal to make a tender offer for HIMR because of the billions of dollars this contract could bring in. I further suggest that the new version of HIMR's Tigerlynk could come to market because of the Brazilian contract. WOW!!!!
