My analysis of trade volumes and prices for purchases of $INCC over the past 4 months since the last mini run shows that:
- It is not pre-loaded to any appreciable extent.
- The majority of the cheapest shares were probably picked up by ultra-longs who have been following $INCC since 2014 who know how easily it runs up with it's thin share structure and ignore the nonsense posted elsewhere by paid bashers.
- Very few shares are being flipped by opportunistic new interest traders.
