Well, UP your bid then ... maybe even BUY at the ASK ... OR you risk NOT being filled !! ...
But on the other hand, I guess it allows you the opportunity to whine about NOT getting the shares ...
It's a whopping $18 difference between 20K at .0291 and 20K at .03 ...
