Columbus McKinnon Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.04 per Share

AMHERST, N.Y., Oct. 24, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Columbus McKinnon Corporation (NASDAQ: CMCO ), a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of material handling products, technologies and services, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved payment of a regular quarterly dividend of $0.04 per common share.  The dividend will be payable on or about November 21, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 11, 2016.  Columbus McKinnon has approximately 20.2 million common shares outstanding.
