Why does the other party not start a viable company in the last 3 years if they are fighting control?
Just let someone start something that can be successful, if that's weed/hemp so be it.
They have had ample time to start their oil/gas company and have not done anything.
Shareholders deserve something for holding 2-3 years, someone throw us a bone to chew on
