Notice on the OWCP chart, we already had one last week. It appears a new one is forming yet again.
The best way for this setup to occur would be for each trading day to close just under the high price; creating a wick at the top of the candle. By doing so, it shows interest in the higher price and the price increase tends to 'continue' into the next trading day.
