So you're saying a unborn fetus does have the same rights under the law ? It is Murder
I'm not saying that, the law says it. If it were murder, than arrests and prosecutions would be required, no exceptions.
As it is there are restrictions in most States the further along the pregnancy.
You want government to make the decision on these matters, for everyone else. Fair enough. Start winning some elections based upon persuading other of the rightness of your positions.
You must be a 'big gubment cafeteria' guy. You're ok with the 'mashed potatoes' not so much with the 'broccoli'.
No broccoli for anybody!.
