Yes but technically since TGGI is at no bid its not really worth .0001 right now. So the idea is they have to incorporate some value into her to justify any price at all. If they can do that with this big ass R/S then we've really got something. And much smarter to buy BCAP at .0002 and get 1/200 TGGI than to buy TGGI right now at .0001 and then get hit with the 10,000/1 R/S.
