Glad your estimate is just about what I was hoping for which basically is some discomfort but nothing severe or anywhere near current chemo treatments. Nice to know animals had such relatively minor changes during dosing.
In your estimate, was the biggest tolerance threat for Kevetrin (or at least one of the main threats) in cohort 1 in establishing that the human organs tolerated the molecule pretty much with the same lack of reaction as seen in the lab animals? Do you feel pretty confident now that patients in the trials will handle the dosages pretty well and the main question still before us to ascertain is whether Kevetrin works as well in humans as it did in lab animals? If so, I think we are in a pretty nice position.
Not related to the trials, but what is the quickest time frame you could imagine, should everything prove out great for Kevetrin, that somebody with a solid tumor needing quick treatment to survive will be able to have Kevetrin administered to them? I would hate to think someone in that position finds out about Kevetrin only to realize they will miss the window of survival by mere months due to it having to go thru all the required steps to be given to needy patients.
