(NASDAQ: HTLF ), announced that its board of directors approved a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the company's common stock payable on December 2, 2016, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 18, 2016. At September 30, 2016, there were 24,681,380 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
