Agreed, it looks like all are just waiting right now, primarily for the release of the 10K filing. Back in mid August the CEO stated that the audit and 10K was weeks away, not months, here it is mid December and no audited 10K. I think the upcoming inventory and launch of the Cumulus product is good news for investors and a solid accomplishment for the company however IMO the most critical corp action to get done right now is the 10K. From what the CEO stated in the last shareholder notice, it seemed like the priority was the 10K so hopefully the auditors will be done soon and this company can move forward. In the long term sales and revenues will eventually be the primary factor which can move this company and stock forward, but for now, transparency is absolutely required as shareholders have seen the O/S effectively double this year and while we have seen that many corp goals have been accomplished with those funds raised, without absolute transparency, investors cannot be expected to keep throwing money into a black hole along with a stock which continues to tank.

Mr Allinder, where is the 10K????
