CSPA Group, Inc was filed for in January and without any forewarning from the Hub company LDS.CN and LDSYF the joint venture was established with the older US company CannaDelivery System (CDS). I expect we will see news for WOFA in the same manner, without forewarning, since they also signed in January with LDS.CN and LDSYF.
That said, I am assuming WOFA will also fall under the CSPA Group, Inc for the Northern Half of California, as spelled out in prior signing agreements with the Hub company LDS.CN and LDSYF. Upon any movement to said CSPA Group, Inc there is the possibility the name change will also happen simultaneously as this has already been filed with the proper agencies. One exciting outcome may be an IPO for CSPA with both CDS and WOFA companies, which will make the existing WOFA company 10 X bigger than what I have expectations for especially once California votes on the privatization act.
We also know that LDS.CN and LDSYF are currently in the processes of getting all of their ducks in a row and are expected to release financials, which WOFA earlier in the year also moved to the same attorneys of Hub companies in order to have a complete alignment with the Hub and subhub companies, so expect WOFA also to be releasing financials around the same time.
One thing to keep in mind is that all agreements have been made and there has been NO sign of any redactions from LDS.CN and LDSYF. Cannastrips are currently being released in small numbers and now will be made to ALL medical facilities to issue to medical patients. Once the already 65% yes vote happens on Nov 8 CSPA Group, Inc and WOFA will have exclusive rights to sell to anyone the product. The product itself has great reviews from the medical side and soon will be one of the biggest newest canna products in California and you guessed it…SKYs the LIMIT!
