Yes....but Al gore started contesting the election on November 8th @ 3:30 a.m. eastern. He called and retracted his concession stated just one hour before(2:30 a.m.).

So apparently...be it A GIVEN...that he contested such for well over a Month(Dec 13th). And you are/were stating what?
