Bears still can't spend their "gains"

It is no coincidence that the bears went on a vicious attack today after what was posted in the Belize PR yesterday. I think we all have noticed by now that every time that Treaty puts out a good PR the bears go on the attack to kill any momentum.

Nonetheless, all of their naked short selling gains are on paper. They can not cash in on these "gains" unless either they cover their position or Treaty goes tits up. There are two worlds right now. The oil field world and the stock market world.

The stock market world is telling us that the company is worth less than 20 million bucks. That notion is just laughable to me because Treaty could probably sell their JV in Belize for twice that much.

All that matters is the oil field world. How much oil is getting pumped and when can we get it. That's all that matters. Things happen a lot slower in the oil field world. With a click of a button we can buy and sell shares of TECO, but there's no easy button for jacking up a rig and pumping oil.

The only way that the bears can win is if Treaty completely loses the game in the oil field world. That's a very unlikely event and the bears are powerless to influence that outcome. Treaty has stumbled throughout 2012 but has recovered and is slowly putting together what will be a respectable total bpd. All of these past years of showing gains in the trading account of the bears will prove to be one giant exercise in masturbation.
