Thanks for all the private feedback folks. As I said, I believe $LVGI is a great little company with all kinds of great things going for it. The share structure is high at around 4.2 billion A/S, but that is not out of line compared to many other start-ups in the same industry. We have all seen these other companies run into the pennies with good news. Unlike most other penny stock companies, $LVGI is not diluting --- how many companies can say that? $LVGI has real products selling in real stores producing real revenue --- how many companies can say that? Finally, $LVGI produces a consumable product that must be regularly replenished --- I really like that aspect.

So why hasn't the share price run up on such good news? I suggest most investors either don't know about $LVGI --- the CEO does not appear to like sending out press releases --- or investors are turned off by the long wait for products to be developed and sold.

What will turn an investment in $LVGI around? Well, revenue for one, but that could still take a little while (perhaps next quarter). So, an early investment at this time while the price is still low could pay off big (really big) in just a few months. Do you want to hold a sub-penny stock for three or so months in the hope of a big return on investment? I think many investors would say yes, but we have a presidential election coming up, and the lead contender is talking about higher taxes on capital gains. I don't know about you guys, but I get a little skittish about investing when I hear such things. I suspect these are the reasons at play here.

I am certain others could name there own private reasons, but a reverse split does not appear to be one of them, and there is even talk about a share buyback once revenue starts to pour in --- how many companies can say that?
