Police seize 700 pounds of marijuana from East Concord warehouse – Inside San Francisco Bay Area
Concord — A least 700 marijuana plants and twenty to thirty pounds of gathered product were grabbed by police Wednesday morning in an East Concord warehouse.
The raid happened about 7:45 a.m. whenever a search warrant was offered in the warehouse at 7800 Edgewater Drive, police stated. Additionally towards the marijuana, two starter guns and a lot of cash were grabbed, police stated.
A couple were arrested, including one guy who resided there. The believed street worth of the pot is much more than $500,000.
Citizens in area were worried about feet traffic whatsoever hrs plus some stated they might smell marijuana, police stated.
A squad of problem-fixing officials, commanded by Officer Jim Beere acquired enough evidence to obtain a search warrant released in the warehouse.
Police stated they’d a complete operation with lighting, ventilation and were apparently stealing electricity from another business in the region. They didn’t have permits for growing marijuana for medicinal reasons.
