He will I believe because he will be forced to. He is under massive fire now from all his colleagues at the fbi for not prosecuting Clinton regarding her emails in which they were telling him he needed to.
My theory is, as bad as it sounds and emails prove it. Obama knew about the emails and they had to ditch this from this server. Comey knew this and knew Obama would go down also putting him in a very very dark bad spot.
As of today more information was released by wikileaks. In today's email dump they have an email where Clinton lawyer David Kendall has in his possession the missing "thumb drive".
on account of them containing IC information subject to such > classification and that a thumb drive containing these emails is presently > in the possession of David Kendall (that would be me) at Williams & > Connolly.

Again, the walls are coming down. 12 hours until the next massive release regarding a senator and hearing a bombshell sex scandal will follow that includes Hillary.
