I have been looking into SEC filings to try and get a glimpse into what is happening since there have been no PR's to explain. What I have found is more cause for concern than I would have expected.
I only went back to July of 2016 for this unfortunate little exercise.
Form 4 Date PR Date
07/01/16
07/14/16 - Chinese delegation meeting went well
07/27/16 - Nick K COO
07/29/16
08/03/16 08/03/16 - GC buys 279mm share
08/11/16 - Chinese want worldwide exc. lic. CSRV
08/17/16 - Fujiyan agrees to manf. engine and gen.
08/19/16 08/19/16 - # of transactions w/ largest co's in world
08/26/16 - 3 weeks until funding from China
09/02/16
09/13/16 - CA with 6th largest manf. in China
09/16/16 09/16/16 - Nick K working on funding
10/03/16
We are filing 2 Form 4's a month so we are due one more in October. We never file a Form 4 more than 2 weeks from a PR and it's not uncommon to file a Form 4 on the same day as a PR. 2 of the same day Form 4/PR's were of the vague, yet to be concluded typical PR's. 1 of the same day Form 4/PR's was GC buying 279mm shares.
My conclusion is that we release a PR in order to bring in new $ and 83.1% of that goes straight to the top.
I hope you all see something different in this than I do, this is not what I wanted to conclude. I know we have no sales, no cash and no news that ever gains traction. IF you do see something different in this than I do, please let me know so that I don't have to abandon all hope here. You all have been a positive group and everyone contributes something of value no matter how rarely they post.
