peeps...it's been a long grinding road and we are not out of the woods yet. lots of hints being dropped about the 26th with PPS guidance and the daily count down of the MRVB release. imo...it will get worse before it gets better.
put yourselves in the company's shoe's...would you put out PR's to appease the needy shareholders (me included) and then start the buy back? or do you wait...wait until the pps can't go lower to be able to acquire more shares? coupled with catching the agenda off guard and releasing a multitude of NWE's to catapult the PPS to pennyland for good.
all a complete assumption just wanted to put out this theory for some to chew on.
