The 30 day DD period has expired.....
If a definitive deal was reached, then that would constitute a material development imo, and would warrant disclosure. Now that the window has closed that LOI is null and void in my eyes. Perhaps they'll come up with another LOI or an MOU.....but until a deal is signed sealed and delivered we can speculate about anything.
As for distribution....ultimately that's why I'm risking $$$ here. I see them doing some good things, the youtube commercial type video is well done, I see the banners and presence at concert style events, that looks good too. Ultimately its about brand awareness, and its going to take some serious Do Ré Mi to make a big splash.
Personally I'd be trying to get Right Wing Social Conservative Christians to protest and boycott Rocky Mountain....saying its glorifying the drug culture and stuff like that.
PT Barnum said it best...there's no such thing as bad advertising, as long as they spell your name right.
Put in a call to Pat Robertson or someone of that ilk and talk about Hemp beverages showing up in your local grocery or convenience store.
