Voters in Minnesota and Wisconsin have the option of changing their vote if they cast their ballots early or as absentees.
Rich Edson reported on "America's Election HQ" today that officials in the two states have confirmed that some voters are indeed changing their minds and their ballots.
Edson reported that the Minnesota Secretary of State's Office says that voters can ask to cancel their ballot until the close of business one week before Election Day.
"Wisconsin officials say voters can cancel their absentee ballots up to three times," Edson noted.
He said that these rules are particularly significant in this election, with all the late-breaking sexual assault allegations against Donald Trump and WikiLeaks dumps of Hillary Clinton campaign emails.
"Now, thousands of voters in those states can resubmit their ballots if revelations about the candidates change their mind."
