Not in an apples to apples comparison it doesn't.

Insiders rarely orchestrate a P&D when they have a wildly popular line of products rapidly gaining traction as well as rapidly heading for multi-million dollar revenues.
P&D scammers prefer to have all activity or inactivity remain hidden in obscurity the way Rudy Beverages did. Lots of talk about what was going to happen but NOTHING had yet happened. In most cases they have NO revenues and haven't even offered any proof that what they claim to be doing is actually being done.
If Grisaffi (and Shuman, at the time) wanted to run such a scam, the ideal time would have been when the pps shot up to .32 last year. They could have thrown gas on the fire, just like the Rudy Beverage scammers did (Russian Mob), and ran it up over a dollar. Then before it even peaks they're slowly selling millions of shares. They then dump the remaining shares held while heavily short selling at the same time, causing the pps to crash hard. They clean up on the way up and on the way down. They walk away with millions.
The dumb assed scammers were caught (including Rudy himself), the smart scammers disappeared never to be seen again. There were two sneaks that got away, with millions in tow to retire on. Probably in rural Russia or some other impoverished area well of the beaten path where they could live like kings for the rest of their lives.
This company is so obviously not in that boat.
If you would like to see another example, and see just how different the situations are, look at the even bigger scam run by insiders of Rohan Marley's company, Jammin Java (JAMN). They ran the pps up over $6/share and didn't even have product being marketed. They claimed that they did, but many lies were contained in their PR's. They hid the truth in the same obscurity I mentioned. A total con job.
