suspect, expect and expect again and I do not think - lots of guessing on your part.  John needed to spend full time on the technology not finding financing, signing agreements etc,etc,etc,etc.  Thank the heavens above he has been able to spent most of his time of the build-out otherwise who knows if we would even be as far as we are today.  I fully expect that once all technical issues are resolved he'll take executive/board positions again.
