I don't know anything along those lines for sure certainly. At first it was the preferred share sales would need to happen to make the brokerage go forward.

In my conversation with Matt, I got the feeling something may already be taking shape. He certainly couldn't say anything to me outright, but just the tone of his conversation and vision of what he wanted to do.
