The points are that the government DOES report these numbers, you were wrong in stating that they didn't, and the GOP pays no attention to them during GOP presidencies.
Romney was not promising to get the U-6 unemployment rate down, but rather the more widely used number down to 6%. Somewhat unambitious, considering.
But I'll bet the GOPER'S would be celebrating President Romney's 6% unemployment while enthusiastically plumping for his re-election right about now!
