PGUS Accumulation & Bullish Divergence -> Stealth
Post# of 597
Smart investors are not fooled by beer-money flippers looking for cheap shares - it's plain to see that shareholders are accumulating during the recent consolidation, as well as every step along the way since April 1.
Once again, Ask blocks and low offers continually dropping the Ask price are being used to stimulate selling by the impatient or weak-handed. And once again, a breakout is imminent for the upward movement continuation. Those who are silly enough to flip for beer money will be left behind soon enough.
The Accumulation Distribution Line
An uptrend indicates that buying pressure is prevailing on a regular basis, while a downtrend indicates that selling pressure is prevailing.
A bullish divergence forms when price moves to new lows, but the Accumulation Distribution Line does not confirm these lows and moves higher. A rising Accumulation Distribution Line shows, well, accumulation. Think of this as basically stealth buying pressure .
