Therein lies the rub. Despite that there are news reports emerging out of the country and someone is covering it via a national(Brazilian) newspaper, there are things that are happening. Until Rontan and/or GDSI make something official, there is a modicum of patience required.
Because the latest deadline is long since past, it's likely that there will no longer be a deadline - only a PR.
Until that time, it's a stalemate - because there is minimal buying and/or selling, people have laid their cards on the table.
Now, we wait......
