Regarding your most recent post, and this is hard for me
to accomplish due to limited time ( work schedule ) - - -
PERHAPS if we post each PR verbatim, and after some
reasonable length of time CHALLENGE IT VERY
PUBLICLY as to follow-up, or completion, or proof or
whatever.
Effectively meaning this : ... We whack 'em each time
that they fail to follow-through, with a detailed refutation
of their P.R.
THIS Investors Hangout thing of ours is on the interweb
thing -- and as such -- is searchable by all, members of
Investors Hangout or otherwise.
Publicly challenging Pershing Management on its claims,
may not be as effective as we'd like, but it's cheaper than
a lawsuit, and faster to do, and somewhat intellectually
satisfying.
I'll try to post a Press Release refutation here as my sched-
ule permits.
