CWRN has had an sec advisor-balahi did dd on her a longtime ago and march 2011 Bob was going to meet w a lawyer re ce-doing so is right up there w a root canal for most people I guess. When I say doc's are there for all to see I'm not speaking to you but was addressing somebody's mistaken implication that  I had exagerrated the requirements to uplist-(based on their misunderstanding of a mistaken post no less!)which is different than upgrade=but some dont even understand that difference and I found that even after hundreds of posts explaining the process some of the most intelligent people on the other board still had not understood the most basic things-which was rather disconcerting.

I understand people are frustrated by the slow pace of uplisting - I am also-I was just explaining in my hundreds of posts on the issue over the last 16 months that the process usually takes these co's 1-2 years to uplist and even at least 1yr to upgrade. I guess now Bingo knows how we feel-maybe Bingo can give us an update on uplisting/financials progress-probably in an email because NDA's usually prohibit PR's on issues pertinent to an NDA.    

And its true they should be able to find an SEC qualified attorney in LA or Houston-where Bob is this week-which is a higher standard than merely listing securities in the yellow pages-because many attorneys who deal w simple securities issues on the side would not be qualified to practice before the SEC.
