Maybe an announcement related to Mr Schlesinger's awareness and ability to recruit a major institutional investor will add some value to the PPS.  One would think that someone with these credentials would know how to cure the ongoing years worth of manipulation but giving benefit to the doubt; maybe a stop to the manipulation is part of the near term plan.
