Seafarer Exploration Corp. (Seafarer) is a development-stage company. The Company is an underwater salvage and exploration company. The Company's principal business plan is to develop the infrastructure to engage in the archaeologically sensitive exploration and recovery of historic shipwrecks. The Company has previously performed exploration and recovery operations at a shipwreck site located off of the coast of Florida in northern Palm Beach County, more specifically in an area known as Juno Beach (the Juno Beach Shipwreck). The Company performed exploration and recovery operations at the Juno Beach site during the year ended December 31, 2011. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had not generated revenues.
