Its Sunday. October.Traditional Football watching time. But im from St Louis. We had a team. not anymore. The reason I bring this up is the way the ownership treated the fanbase. Stan Kronke never appeared in public, at the games or otherwise. Never said anything public. Never gave anyone any chance to say "You said this or you said that" !
Stan moved the team from St Louis to La. Team value in St Louis at a bit over 1 billion. La rams are worth 2.5 billion. Just by moving the team to the right location.
Bottom line is that sometimes saying nothing is good business.
Now I dont claim to know what is going on behind the scenes but if the rumors of DF's return are accurate it would seem to me that there very well might be a gag order in affect.
Returning to the rams analogy, we in St Louis were working away on a way to keep the team but Stan had things working in 2012 to acquire the right land and talking to the nfl powers on his plan to build a west coast site for the nlf. point is a lot can be going on that is best kept quiet if you want to get the work done without complications and interfering outside pressures.
Did we in st louis like this? (stock holders) Hell No. but, it was Good Business.
So maybe we got this Mad Scientist sitting behind the curtain monitoring things wringing his hands and saying "Excellent"!!
