Exposing how criminal abusive naked shorts operate in our markets with impunity is priceless. Our regulators need to have their failures seen by all.
CTIX is fortunate in that it will not only survive but thrive imo, yet how many companies have gone bankrupt with investors losing every penny because of these criminals.
Criminal abusive naked shorting has to be stopped and CTIX has a golden opportunity to be a leader in this fight. How many other companies are under attack at this moment? Thousands imo and unless we lead the charge there is nothing to say that the shorting will stop. The information Sullivan/Ashcroft will be able to obtain in discovery will expose the perpetrators for all to see and that needs to happen before any real changes will occur. Go CTIX!!!
