Do a patent search and post what you find showing this has been assigned to nanologix. There is nothing. Only thing showing is barnhizer and faro as inventors. That is why I suggested the company may have the exclusive right to the product as with the flat pack and do not own it. I've seen nothing from the company stating the N Assay is owned by Nanologix and nothing on a patent search showing that either. So if your so sure, prove it.
