The big question - what is all included in 'expens

The big question - what is all included in 'expenses'? Could Cellceutix include the cost of dilution from having to raise capital at a lower share price? I imagine that would be hard to quantify and probably therefore unlikely, but I wonder... Or perhaps that type of thing is recouped in a possible damages claim, although I'm not sure Cellceutix would create such a countersuit.
