Anyone pushing for PR's and news releases doesn't care about the future of TPAC and isn't a long term investor. The company has said many times they're going to be buying back shares and want to minimize or eliminate the manipulation.
True longs would want the company to keep quite as long as possible, while they and the company buy up as many shares as possible, as cheap as possible, from short term traders and manipulators who are sick of waiting around.
The longer TPAC keeps things under wrap the more effective the buyback will be and the more true investors will be able to accumulate cheaply. PR's now would just create a pop, flippers / traders / manipulators would cash out, price would head back down with all them cashing out, then they'd buy back in and even more shares would be in short term hands. Rinse repeat.
Muse is trying to break this cycle, let them do their thing, Bill's doing his thing, and we can all quietly accumulate together.
